Mike Hooper is a Chartered Project Professional and Fellow of the APM who currently leads a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) delivering engineering services to the UK MOD . He has over 25 years of delivering engineering projects, programmes, and portfolios in the defence sector. Mike has extensive experience in P3M governance, monitoring and control.

Mike is a APM PMO Interest Network committee member, with a strong desire to promote the benefits of PMOs and represents AtkinsRéalis on the APM South Wales & West of England Branch Corporate Advisory Group (BCAG).
