Neil is a Chartered Manager and APM Fellow with over 25 years of experience in project management, change management, and capability development. Neil concurrently and voluntarily leads the APM North West Network. 

Professionally he operates in various sectors having founded and now directing P34B Ltd, an SME delivering on a mission to simplify projects and accelerate capability in people and businesses. The business serves some of the largest and most complex clients through projects while creating career transition and industry placement opportunities.  Neil operates as a client advisor, project leader, and capability lead, delivering tailored approaches for complex projects across various industries.
