Session: Culture eats templates for breakfast
Outlining the journey that the BBC’s Project Management community has been on to refresh, revitalise and embed a new project management lifecycle, approach and guidance within the organisation. With over 300 people in the profession and a decentralised Project Management function, there were numerous challenges to rolling out a new approach. But through adopting some key principles (engagement, involvement, simplification) and an adoption focus, they have made great progress. JM will share why they needed to do it, what they did and how it’s going with some practical tips about how to do the same.
