In our latest PMO wisdom interview, Liz Bohler talks to use about her journey into PMO and how important it is to find the right ‘P’ in your organisation.

Specialising in portfolio management offices, Liz discusses some of her insights from her work including the challenges of setting up a PMO from finding out what the portfolio looks like, to education of the teams, and becoming a business as usual function.

Liz shares her view on what makes PMOs successful, and reflecting on the journey, her views on the future.
