Fatimah Abbouchi is the founder of Agile Management Office (AMO) in Australia. After finishing formal education at 18 she fell into project management in her first job when supporting a global implementation and discovered her passion for projects changing all the time. AMO founded in 2016 supports project problem solving in a more interactive way, working on a hybrid of both waterfall and agile aspects. The focus they work on is the three C's: consistency, collaboration and coordination.
